Serve as ORSA Leadership

The Ohio Recreational Sports Association is arguably the strongest state association within NIRSA. We are passionate people who are proud of our programs, services, facilities, and traditions. The ORSA Executive Committee feels we have an obligation to continue to provide our association's members with the very best leadership our state has to offer. We want to thank each individual for taking the time to stand for office and serve our great organization!

Stand for ORSA Office

  • The Nominations and Elections Committee leads the charge for selecting our next ORSA President Elect and Student Representative via the following process:

    • Applications open the summer leading into the fall workshop.

    • Association members vote on the President Elect (professional members only) or Student Representative positions (student members only) at the annual fall workshop.

    • At the conclusion of the annual workshop, the new executive committee assumes responsibility for the association.

While applications occur on an annual basis, recruitment for especially the next President Elect is an ongoing process. If you have any interest or further questions about the ORSA Presidential Track, reach out to Stephanne Musser at musser.64@osu.edu
