Cancellation of registrations and refund requests must be made to the current ORSA treasurer and will only be processed according to the following schedules. 

• Refund requests received more than 2 weeks from the date of event – 100% refund, less a $10 administrative processing fee

• Refund requests cannot be granted if received less than 2 weeks from the date of event

Extenuating circumstances may warrant an exception to the policy including, but not limited to partial refunds, administrative processing fees, or credit towards future ORSA event registrations.
