  • Workshop Parking

    All educational sessions and workshop components (minus the social) will take place at the Student Recreation Center at 2800 E. Rocket Dr. Toledo, OH 43606.

    • Parking must be purchased to park anywhere on UT’s Campus Sunday - Saturday. Please park in either Lot 18 (Zone #9239) or Lot 9 (Zone #9264). Please learn more here. Maps can be found here.

    Social Parking

    • Parking at Reset Arcade Rossford is free. Parking is available in the front parking lot. Additional overflow parking is available in the back of the building.

  • Cancellation of registrations and refund requests must be made to the current ORSA treasurer and will only be processed according to the following schedules. 

    • Refund requests received more than 2 weeks from the date of event – 100% refund, less a $10 administrative processing fee

    • Refund requests cannot be granted if received less than 2 weeks from the date of event

    Extenuating circumstances may warrant an exception to the policy including, but not limited to partial refunds, administrative processing fees, or credit towards future ORSA event registrations.
