ORSA members comprise a variety of committees that help make our state association a thriving organization.  Our members serve the association by keeping our website up to date, planning social activities, putting on officiating clinics for our students, and more!

  • Awards and Recognition

    Celebrates excellence within ORSA by managing nominations, selecting award recipients, and recognizing members and programs for their outstanding contributions.

  • Educational Programming

    Ensures high quality educational presentations and programs at all ORSA events including the State Workshop and the Summer Outreach.

  • Extramural

    Assists in promoting and maintaining extramural activities among the ORSA membership.

  • Marketing

    Coordinates all aspects of marketing for the organization and advances the ORSA brand on a local, regional and national level.

  • Membership

    Promotes and maintains social relationships and networking opportunities among the ORSA membership through events, activities and active recruitment.

  • Professional Development

    Provides resources, opportunities, and support to all ORSA members to help advance their personal and professional growth.

  • ORSA Conference Host

    Provides schools of all sizes the opportunity to host an ORSA State Workshop.

  • Students

    Engages and supports student members of ORSA by fostering connections within the field, organizing student-focused initiatives, and ensuring students have a meaningful voice and presence within the association.

  • Sponsorship

    Builds and maintains partnerships that support ORSA’s programs and events by connecting with potential sponsors, managing relationships, securing financial and in-kind contributions, and ensuring meaningful recognition that benefits both the association and its partners.

Standing Committees

Appointed committees are in place to ensure ORSA keeps its past and future leaders engaged in the association. The appointed committee members should bring knowledge of past association matters as well as look toward the association's future.
