  • Enhance your workshop experience by joining the 2026 ORSA Leadership Cohort. This professional development program provides mentorship, networking, leadership education, and a place to tackle your supervision challenges. The cohort is designed for professionals that supervise other professionals and will focus on leadership style and getting the best out of your staff . Space may be limited and applications will be reviewed based on availability. Express your interest by selecting to be added to this cohort in your ORSA registration!

  • ORSA Workshop scholarship applications and travel stipend applications are open now:

    Scholarship applications must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, September 29.

  • Deadline to register under the hotel room block is October 2, 2026. Reservations made after this date are subject to room availability and may not qualify for the group rate. Attendees are encouraged to make their reservations as soon as possible to ensure availability and receive the discounted rate.

  • Overnight Parking (Personal Vehicles):

    • Available in South Garage (SG on Campus Parking Map)

      • $12/car per night

      • Pull a ticket upon entry and pay via Credit Card upon exit based on the # of nights.

    • Crowne Plaza Overnight Valet Parking ($55/car per night)

    Daily Parking @ Student Center:

    • While it’s encouraged that attendees walk from the Crowne Plaza, Lot 22 (underneath SC on map) has hourly visitor parking (4-hour limit).

    • Attendees will have to re-pay for parking after 4 hours, and can do that by scanning the QR code at their spot.

    • Entrance to Lot 22 is on E. 21st St.

    Passenger Vans:        

    • Passenger vans will park in Surface Lot 27 (parking lot between SG and SC on map)

    • $12/van per night

    • Please email Chris Stewart at c.s.stewart15@csuohio.edu to notify him of the number of passenger vans your university will be bringing so that parking passes can be requested.

  • Vendor Expo Drop Off (Wednesday 10am-1pm)

    • Temporary parking will be available Wednesday 10am-1pm for load-in in Lot 22. (located underneath the SC, entrance is on E 21st St.)

    • Vendors will need to put their flashers on and temporarily park in a manner that allows traffic to flow.

    Overnight Parking (Personal Vehicles):

    • Available in South Garage (SG on Campus Parking Map)

      • $12/car per night

      • Pull a ticket upon entry and pay via Credit Card upon exit based on the # of nights.

    • Vendors will be provided a Permit w/ QR Code to scan for entry & exit for those who return to campus on Friday.

    • Vendors must park with permit displayed on their dashboard, with their license plate visible from the drive lane.
